Coach Leslie Frazier confirmed Tuesday that Christian Ponder has a stranglehold on the Vikings' quarterback job for 2013. "He's our starter," said Frazier. While Ponder enjoyed an impressive start and an acceptable finish, he also had stretches of ineptitude. He showed enough progress over the course of the season to please the Vikings coaches, however. The front office will have to upgrade on the backup situation following Joe Webb's epic fail in the season-ending playoff loss.
