Browns OC Norv Turner said he's "impressed with" Brandon Weeden and thinks "he's going to be a good player in the NFL." "When I look at the tape I see a guy who can be a really good player," said Turner. "He's going to have an opportunity to go compete, play and grow and I'm excited to be working with him." Not exactly a ringing endorsement, but it's the best Weeden has received since the new staff has been implemented in Cleveland. Turner had a first-hand look at Weeden in Week 8 when his Chargers traveled to Cleveland. Weeden had one of his worst games of the season, completing 11-of-27 passes for 129 yards and a sparkling 55.9 QB rating.

May be worth mentioning the adverse weather conditions that also affected the experienced Philip Rivers who went 18 from 34 attempts for just 154 yards and a "sparkling" 65.1 QB rating!!!
