Salas (groin) was released from the Bills' injured reserve list Friday, ESPN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Salas, expected to be the Bills' No. 3 receiver before succumbing to injury in Week 2, has been training at the Bills' practice facility through this week and could still come back to Buffalo before season's end. However, he won't be eligible to re-sign with the team that cut him until three weeks after being released.

Salas (groin) has been placed on the injured reserve list.
EDGE Analysis
Salas joins fellow wideout Sammy Watkins (foot) in landing on Buffalo's IR, further depleting the team's options at the position. With him sidelined, Robert Woods and Marquise Goodwin should see more opportunities in the Bills' passing game, with tight end Charles Clay (knee) and running back LeSean McCoy (hand) probably the most reliable targets besides them.

Salas (groin) has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Rams, Sal Capaccio of WGR 550 Buffalo reports.
EDGE Analysis
Salas has been unable to play since suffering a groin injury following the Bills' Week 2 game against the Jets. As a result, the team has been accustomed to playing without him lately, even though it could use him back healthy as soon as possible. Since that won't come Sunday, expect Robert Woods and Marquise Goodwin to continue to lead Buffalo's receiving corps, with Justin Hunter a candidate to see some fringe snaps as well.

Salas (groin) did not practice Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
After missing practice for a second straight day Thursday, Salas looks iffy, at best, for Sunday's game against the Rams. If Salas sits out the contest, look for Walter Powell to work as the Bills' No. 3 wideout Sunday, behind Robert Woods and Marquise Goodwin.

Salas (groin) did not practice Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
With Salas' practice week starting off on the wrong foot, the Bills could well continue to go with Walter Powell as their No. 3 wideout (behind Robert Woods and Marquise Goodwin) this weekend against the Rams.

Salas (groin) has been ruled out for Sunday's game in New England.
EDGE Analysis
With Sammy Watkins (foot) also absent, Marquise Goodwin will likely get the start across from Robert Woods, with Walter Powell serving as the No. 3 wideout. The Bills will try to win on the legs of LeSean McCoy and Tyrod Taylor.

Salas (groin) did not practice Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
After practicing in a limited fashion Wednesday, the downgrade to a missed session puts the wideout's Week 4 status in question. Added clarity on that front could arrive Friday, upon the release of the Bills' final injury report of the week.

Salas (groin) was limited at practice Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
We'll track Salas' status in the coming days, though after seeing him practice in a limited fashion at the end of last week and then be deemed inactive this past Sunday, he can't be considered a lock to return to action this weekend against the Patriots.

Salas (groin) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
With Sammy Watkins also out this week, The Bills' Week 3 wideout corps figures to be headed by Robert Woods and Marquise Goodwin.

Salas (groin) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
Salas was limited in practice both Thursday and Friday, but could become a more important member of the Bills' passing game should Sammy Watkins (foot) be ruled out Sunday. While Salas will need to be active himself for that to happen, his upside this weekend seems higher than it usually would while carrying a groin injury.
