The Bills have released Moore.
EDGE Analysis
Moore, who did not catch a pass in six games with the Bills this season, will now look to catch on elsewhere as a depth wideout/return option.

Moore has been signed by the Bills, Joe Buscaglia reports.
EDGE Analysis
Moore didn't play a single offensive snap throughout the final eight games of the 2014 season with the Raiders, and will serve in a depth role with the Bills. Sammy Watkins, Percy Harvin, and Robert Woods carry the load at wide receiver for the Bills, so barring a couple injuries, don't expect Moore to have much fantasy relevance.

Moore was released by the Bengals on Monday, ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Moore, who notched just one catch for 30 yards through the Bengals' first three preseason games, is coming off a quiet 2014, in which he caught just 12 passes for 115 yards in 10 games with the Raiders. The 2011 fifth-rounder did catch 46 passes for Oakland in 13 games in 2013 and at the age of 26, figures to get a chance to catch on elsewhere as a depth wideout.

The Bengals have signed Moore, the Cincinnati Enquirer reports. Moore, who rejoins offensive coordinator Hue Jackson, who he worked with in Oakland, is coming off a season in which he caught just 12 passes for 115 yards in 10 games. A wait-and-see approach is thus in order, though if injuries hit the Bengals' receiving corps as hard as they did in 2014, Moore could resurface on the fantasy radar down the road this season.

Moore (knee, ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Broncos. Moore's knee and ankle injuries, which he suffered "away from the building" several weeks back according to interim coach Tony Sparano, will keep him from the Raiders' 2014 finale and effectively end his tenure with the team. An impending free agent, Moore caught just 12 passes on 27 targets for 115 yards and no scores this season.

Moore (knee, ankle) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bills. The fourth-year wideout hasn't seen the field since losing a fumble back in Week 12, as he was a healthy scratch for Week 13 and then suffered knee and ankle injuries "away from the building," according to interim coach Tony Sparano. Moore has caught just 12 passes on 27 targets for 115 yards this season and will likely have to fight for a roster spot with another club next summer.

Moore (knee, ankle) won't play Sunday against the Chiefs, the ibabuzz.com reports. With 12 catches for 115 yards in 10 games to date, Moore is off the fantasy map this season after recording a 46/695/5 stat line in 13 contests in 2013.

Moore (knee/ankle) did not participate in Wednesday's practice. Moore was presumed to be a healthy scratch in Week 14, but interim head coach Tony Sparano informed reporters Monday that he suffered an injury "away from the building." It wouldn't be wise to count on significant fantasy production from Moore any time soon.

Moore is inactive for Sunday's game against the Rams. With Moore presumably a healthy scratch Sunday, he's a break or two away from re-emerging on the fantasy radar.

Moore hauled in his lone target for nine yards in Sunday's 31-28 loss to the Chargers. A resident of former coach Dennis Allen's doghouse, Moore was to be given a "clean slate" under interim coach Tony Sparano, but he remained an afterthought Sunday. Offensive coordinator Greg Olson, who has also been critical of Moore's focus and attention to detail, is still calling the plays for the Raiders, and Andre Holmes has emerged as a viable option in the passing game, so Moore seems unlikely to return to any sort of prominent role in the near future.
