House announced Tuesday that he has elected to retire from the NFL.
EDGE Analysis
A 2011 fourth-round pick, House spent the first six seasons of his career in Green Bay before moving on to the Jaguars for two years. After sitting out the entire 2019 season, the former New Mexico State player has elected to call it quits, formally retiring as a member of the Packers. He'll finish his playing days with seven interceptions and two forced fumbles to his name.

House (shoulder) will undergo surgery Tuesday, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
House was originally placed on injured reserve by the Packers on Sept. 25 and with this news, is most likely done for the season. The eight-year pro suited up in three games for the Packers this season, recording just two tackles (one solo).

The Packers placed House (shoulder) on injured reserve Tuesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
Outside of a two-year stint in Jacksonville, House has called Green Bay home for the majority of his career. After starting 12 games in in his return to Title Town, he entered his eight year as a pro in a depth corner role. Although he has been nursing a sore shoulder since the season kicked off, he saw his workload increase after Kevin King (groin) went down in Week 2. It appears he suffered a serious enough of a setback in last week's loss to the Redskins to keep him sidelined the rest of the season.

House (biceps) is active for Sunday's game versus the Redskins, VP of Communications Jason Wahlers reports.
EDGE Analysis
House has been surpassed by rookie Josh Jackson on the depth chart, so he'll be used in a limited role in Week 3. The 29-year-old played 24 defensive snaps last week, and that's a reasonable projection with Kevin King (groin) out.

House (biceps) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Redskins, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
House was a limited participant in practice all week. He has struggled in coverage during the first two games, but if he's healthy, he could be counted on more with Kevin King (groin) already deemed out.

House (hamstring) was not listed on the team's injury report Wednesday, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
House's absence from the injury report hints we could be seeing him during Week 1 action. The veteran corner is still listed behind Kevin King and Tramon Williams on the depth chart, but there's a chance Green Bay will squeeze him onto the field in certain packages. House will have to fend off rookies Jaire Alexander Josh Jackson as the season progresses.

House watched Monday's practice from the sideline with a hamstring injury after participating in the early drills, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
This is the first report of House nursing a hamstring injury, but the Packers don't appear too concerned about it and are likely just exercising caution with the veteran defensive back. House is expected to serve as a backup cornerback this season behind Tramon Williams and Kevin King.

The Packers signed House to a one-year contract Thursday, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
In his return to Green Bay last season, House tended to a quad injury early and a shoulder concern late, resulting in four DNPs. When healthy, though, he accrued 31 tackles, one interception and one sack during a six-game stretch midseason. After the offseason addition of Tramon Williams, the Packers likely will roll with a starting CB duo of Williams and 2017 second-round pick Kevin King. No matter, House should be the first player called upon in the event of an injury or when a third cornerback is needed.

House totaled 44 tackles (37 solo), a sack, and an interception over 12 games with the Packers in 2017.
EDGE Analysis
House returned to Green Bay after spending two seasons in Jacksonville, and although he played well at certain points, his battles with injuries limited his effectiveness. He signed a one-year deal with the Packers, so it remains to be seen if he will spend another year with the team in 2018.

House exited Sunday's 35-11 loss to the Lions with a shoulder injury.
EDGE Analysis
House appeared to injure his shoulder on Golden Tate's 71-yard touchdown catch and run late in the third quarter. The 28-year-old did not appear to re-enter the game and unofficially finished with one solo tackle in the contest.
