Free agent TE Daniel Graham has retired. Graham, 34, is reportedly "content" and has no plans to come out of retirement. He appeared in six games for the Saints last season, but caught zero passes and was released in November. Graham spent his first five -- and most productive -- seasons with the Patriots. The former first-rounder finishes his career with 224 catches for 2,490 yards and 25 touchdowns across 11 seasons.

Saints released TE Daniel Graham and re-signed WR Greg Camarillo. Graham missed last week's game with a knee injury. Now that Jimmy Graham is healthy, the 34-year-old is out of a roster spot. Camarillo will add depth at receiver.

Saints signed TE Daniel Graham. The Saints made a flurry of roster moves Saturday, signing undrafted free agents DB Nick Hixson and G Paul Fenaroli while waiving LB Nate Bussey, DB A.J. Davis and G Andrew Tiller. Graham appeared in all 16 games for the Titans last season, but as a pure blocker, notching only two catches. He'll provide insurance for David Thomas, who is working his way back from a concussion-marred 2011.

The Falcons worked out free agent TE Daniel Graham on Tuesday. Graham has ties to Falcons GM Thomas Dimitroff from their time together in New England. The 32-year-old apparently left without a legitimate contract offer.

Free agent TE Daniel Graham, released by the Titans on Tuesday, intends to keep playing as long as he's offered a contract by another team. The 33-year-old's priority is joining a winning organization. It's possible that the Patriots will show interest in the blocking specialist, though a roster spot would be far from guaranteed for Graham.

TItans released TE Daniel Graham. Graham appeared in all 16 games last season, but was used almost exclusively as a blocker, notching just two catches. He never had a chance of returning at his $2 million salary after the Titans used the No. 145 pick on TE Taylor Thompson. Durable and versatile, Graham has a decent shot at cracking someone's 53 heading into his age-34 campaign.

The Nashville Tennessean believes TE Daniel Graham's roster spot is in "real jeopardy" following the Titans' selection of TE Taylor Thompson with the No. 145 pick. Graham is due $2 million after making just two catches for 25 yards in 16 games last season, and would be a candidate for release even if Thompson hadn't been brought into the fold. It's unlikely the Titans will decide Graham's blocking is worth $2 million.

Titans agreed to terms with TE Daniel Graham on a three-year contract. The Titans wanted a veteran presence behind Jared Cook and Craig Stevens, but Graham is purely a blocking tight end at this point his career. He managed just 18 catches in 16 games as Denver's starter last season. He won't be a threat to Cook's production.

Free agent TE Daniel Graham is visiting the Titans this weekend, sources tell beat writer Jim Wyatt. It's just the kind of tight end the Titans are looking for. He will help talented prospect Jared Cook mature while serving as a very capable blocker. Look for a deal to get done here.
