Marshall had 75 solo tackles, 31 assisted tackles, three sacks, and four passes defensed in 2017.
EDGE Analysis
In what was a tough year for the Broncos offense, Marshall led Denver's top-five defense in tackles after an injury shortened 2016. It was the the third time in four seasons as a Denver starter than Marshall topped the century mark in tackles. The Nevada product should be valuable in providing some reliability in the middle of Denver's defense in 2018 as long-time partner Todd Davis faces free agency.

Marshall accrued seven tackles, one sack and one forced fumble Sunday against the Jets.
EDGE Analysis
This was arguably Marshall's best outing of the season, and he's consistent enough to be a fantasy starter. The sixth-year pro played all 50 defensive snaps Sunday, and he has at least six tackles in all but two contests this season.

Marshall had seven tackles (six solo), one sack and one fumble recovery Sunday against the Eagles.
EDGE Analysis
Marshall is on pace for 114 tackles this season, which would break his career high of 112 tackles from back in 2014. He'll have his hands full in Week 10 against a high-powered Patriots' offense, so he'll have an opportunity to continue to prove his worth.

Marshall logged 10 tackles (seven solo) in Monday's loss to the Chiefs.
EDGE Analysis
Marshall was one of two Broncos defenders to play all 62 snaps on defense. The 28-year-old should continue to have a heavy presence on the Broncos' defense going forward.

Marshall (shoulder) has been cleared to play in Sunday's game against the Chargers, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
A sore shoulder has impacted Marshall's play over the past couple weeks and head coach Vance Joseph has gone as far to say his middle linebacker won't be playing this weekend if Marshall's ability to tackle is compromised in any way. However, since he didn't even draw a questionable tag for Sunday's game, we assume the Nevada product is at or near full strength and can safely be deployed in IDP formats.

Marshall (shoulder) was a limited participant at the Broncos' practice Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Marshall was hindered by the shoulder injury in Sunday's loss to the Giants and is a serious question mark for Week 7 at this point. The 28-year-old progressed from not practicing Wednesday, but his participation Friday will likely be the determining factor for his availability against the Chargers this week.

Marshall missed Wednesday's practice due to a sore shoulder, Andrew Mason of the Broncos' official site reports. "It was sore Sunday, and it bothered his tackling," head coach Vance Joseph said. "So we'll have to see how he progresses this week, to see if he's going to play for us or not, but if he's sore and can't tackle, he cannot play."
EDGE Analysis
Joseph said Marshall originally hurt his shoulder "about two weeks ago" and has played through the pain since. If he isn't given the green light to suit up Sunday against the Chargers, either Corey Nelson or Zaire Anderson will be tasked with filling it at middle linebacker.

Marshall recorded 10 tackles (eight solo) and one sack in Sunday's loss to the Bills.
EDGE Analysis
Marshall continued his strong start to the season as he recorded his first sack of the season tied for the team lead in tackles with Todd Davis. The 28-year-old has 25 tackles (19 solo) and one sack through three games this season.

Marshall (Achilles) was not present on Thursday's injury report.
EDGE Analysis
Marshall missed some practice back in June, but was never in danger of missing any regular season games. Expect him to anchor Denver's defense as they take on the Chargers in Week 1.

Marshall (achilles) started in last week's preseason opener but saw limited snaps.
EDGE Analysis
Marshall dealt with Achilles soreness just prior to training camp but he seems to have since recovered. He played just three snaps in last week's preseason contest. His limited role was likely just a reflection of the preseason and the team's desire to keep him healthy for the regular season.
