Okoye has missed the Bucs' last two preseason games and practiced sparingly. Tampa Bay's interior defensive line is going to be a major weakness again this year. They'll be a running game to target in fantasy matchups.

Usual third DT Roy Miller is coming off a poor year. Okoye could be the top reserve behind Gerald McCoy and Brian Price.
