This article references Bradley Beal, John Wall, Ramon Sessions and more! BALLER MOVE: Add for PTS, 3PM, and AST OWNED: 1% of Yahoo! Leagues ANALYSIS: You never like to see injuries to young stars like Bradley Beal, but this could be great news for future Ramon Sessions owners. The status on Beal’s injury has not been disclosed yet, but after watching it live, and knowing Beal’s history with injuries, I am pessimistic. I expect him to miss a week at least, but it could be much longer if anything was broken/dislocated. Even if Sessions is only the starter [...]Keep on reading: Ramon Sessions (PG/SG, WAS) - NBA Waiver Wire Pickups

Trade Deadline: Impact fantasyalarm.com Fri 3/16/12 9:24 AM

A flurry of activity at the NBA trading deadline, but no huge deals we have seen in recent years. The biggest, Dwight Howard, stayed in Orlando despite talk all season long of a pending move. The Lakers were within a "wisker" of acquiring Michael Beasley until the Minnesota owner nixed a three team deal that included Portland. Lets take a look at the deals that did get done. Percentage owned in Flea Flicker leagues shown. Make sure and get Fantasy Alarm's award winning 2012 Fantasy Baseball iPhone App! Wizards- Brian Cook, Nene (78%), 2nd round (Charlotte) Clippers- Nick Young (71%) Nuggets- JaVale McGee (82%) Wiz dump two free agents they didn't want, Clippers get much needed perimeter shooting and Denver gets younger and cheaper. ----- Portland- Mehmet Okur, Shawne Williams, 1st round pick New Jersey- Gerald Wallace (95%) Nets continue to try and improve situation to impress Deron Williams and Dwight Howard. Portland gets a pick that may end up in the lottery. ----- Portland- Jonny Flynn, Hasheem Thabeet Houston- Marcus Camby (28%) I like this deal for both teams. Houston gets center for playoff push, while Portland gets two underachievers with potential high reward. ----- Golden State- Richard Jefferson (26%) San Antonio- Stephen Jackson (56%) Seems like an even swap of over the hill small forwards. Jackson is the winner here, simply by his pending playoff share of cash. ----- LA Lakers- Ramon Sessions (24%), Christian Eyenga Cleveland- Luke Walton,...

Midseason Grades: Pacific Division fantasyalarm.com Thu 3/15/12 11:17 AM

Host your fantasy baseball league and play Free Fantasy Baseball at Fleaflicker with full commish options and live scoring/stats. Pacific Division LA Lakers (27-16) The Lakers made what may turn out to be one of the more underrated deals at the trade deadline, acquiring point guard Ramon Sessions from Cleveland for forward Luke Walton and a second round draft pick. Sessions gives the Lakers a younger, more athletic option in the backcourt alongside Kobe. The acquisition of Sessions may allow the Lakers to rest Bryant, who is averaging 38 minutes a game. The Lakers remain dangerous in the postseasion, as long as they retain both twin towers, Pau Gasol and Andrew Bynum. LA Clippers (24-17) The addition of free agent Kenyon Martin has strengthened the front court and in turn taken some pressure off Blake Griffin. DeAndre Jordan has been a disappointment, considering his giant contract. Chris Paul is the difference and his presence gives the Clippers a chance in the post season. The season ending injury to Chauncey Billups hurts, but having a solid guard like Mo Williams helps ease the pain. Caron Butler has been wearing down, but Randy Foye has been a pleasant surprise. Phoenix Suns (20-22) It's the worst season in the Valley of the Sun in the Steve Nash era. Hopefully, this will be the last season Nash spends in the desert and gets another shot elsewhere to get his first ring. Phoenix is...
