First, the ancient Spurs suffered the first of what promises to be many breakdowns with the injury to Manu Ginobili. The San Antonio shooting guard will undergo surgery on his left (shooting) hand and will be lost for up to two months. Memphis also takes a hit with the injury to Zach Randolph. The Grizzlies power forward tearing ligaments in his right knee and will also be lost for eight weeks. What is the fantasy fallout from these injuries?
