David West is Doubtful on Friday rotoballer.com Fri 3/9/18 10:31 AM

Golden State Warriors power forward David West (arm) is doubtful for Friday's game against the Portland Trail Blazers. He's missed the last two games with an arm issue, but it is not believed to be serious. West is likely day-to-day, but the Warriors may elect to rest him both games of the back-to-back set. JaVale McGee will likely draw the start with Kevon Looney backing him up off the bench.

David West is Doubtful Against Spurs rotoballer.com Thu 3/8/18 9:56 AM

Golden State Warriors power forward David West (arm) is listed as doubtful for Thursday's game against the San Antonio Spurs. He missed Tuesday's game against the Nets, but the injury does not sound too serious. The Warriors may have been just resting West as a precaution. He is only seeing minutes in the teens, so his absence won't mean much for the Warriors rotation. Jordan Bell (ankle) has already been ruled out, so JaVale McGee and Kevon Looney should handle most of the minutes at center.

As promised last week, I'm keeping the insightful intro my mate and chief NBA editor here at RotoBaller Trevor passed on as a legacy. I'dd just like to add that we will be focusing a bit more on deeper league adds, as those players are bit more tricky to find compared to the more obvious options available in shallower leagues. This year we'll take more of a holistic approach to streaming, by providing a weekly overview of which teams to look at based on their schedules and what players to con[...]Keep on reading: NBA Weekly Streamers for Week 15 (Jan 22th - Jan 28st)

What happens when a player gets injured in fantasy basketball? Or when a player doesn't perform up to expectations? Such is life in the NBA. What do you do? Find "The Teams." Fantasy basketball drafts rarely surprise. Rankings and average draft positions coalesce and outside of the occasional rookie who goes too high or the injured player missing the first two months going too low, most players get slotted right around expectations. Nothing ever goes according to plan, though. When Gord[...]Keep on reading: Three-Man Weave: Fantasy Basketball's Teams

David West Ruled Out Monday rotoballer.com Mon 11/6/17 6:06 PM

This article references David West and more! Golden State Warriors power forward David West has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Miami Heat. The team has decided to rest West on Monday, but he'll be back in action on Wednesday against the Minnesota Timberwolves. Jordan Bell and Kevon Looney should see more minutes on Monday with West sitting out. This won't mean a whole lot for fantasy purposes as none of these players have done much to be owned in any leagues.Keep on reading: David West Ruled Out Monday

The NBA season opener is finally here, and it strangely feels like a lull in the action after a wild offseason hallmarked by massive trades, big free agent moves, and a wildly hyped incoming class of rookies. It's like we're trading an epic soap opera for a relative lack of drama in the regular season where it feels like we have to, as the great Charles Barkley said, "fake it for seven months that it’s not going to be the Warriors and Cavs in the Finals again." Luckily for us, fantasy basketb[...]Keep on reading: Fantasy Basketball Storylines to Watch on NBA Opening Night
