Stoudemire (rest) will travel with the Heat on their two-game road trip, which kicks off Wednesday in Charlotte, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stoudemire hasn't played since Nov. 19 after coming down with an illness, but it appears he's since recovered from that setback. However, as has been the case all season, the Heat continue to rest him heavily with an eye on avoiding aggravating the sore knees that have plagued him throughout his career. The fact that Stoudemire is traveling suggests that he could be available to play in either of the two games, but don't expect him to see much more than five to 15 minutes off the bench.

Stoudemire (rest) will not play Thursday against Oklahoma City, Jason Lieser of the Palm Beach Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stoudemire has appeared in only two games this season, and he remains in what coach Erik Spoelstra called the team's "rehabilitative recovery" program. It's unclear when we may see Stoudemire back on the floor, but at this point it seems unlikely he plays an integral role this season.

Stoudemire (illness) is officially ruled out for Monday's game against the Celtics, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stoudemire has been struggling with this illness for about a week now, and although he had a limited practice on Sunday, he's still not well enough to play. In Stoudemire's absence, Josh McRoberts and Udonis Haslem will get most of the minutes to back up Chris Bosh at power forward.

Stoudemire (illness) is doubtful for Monday's game against the Celtics, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stoudemire continues to work back from an illness and is likely going to have to sit out again Monday. If Stoudemire does miss the game, look for Josh McRoberts and Udonis Haslem to handle to majority of the bench minutes behind Chris Bosh at power forward.

Stoudemire (illness) won't play Friday in New York, the Sun Sentinel's Ira Winderman reports.
EDGE Analysis
The illness will force him to miss another game, so Chris Bosh and Josh McRoberts will handle the bulk of the power forward minutes. His next chance to play will be Monday against the Celtics.

Stoudemire will not play in Wednesday's game against Detroit due to an illness and is doubtful for Friday's game as well, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
This marks the second game in a row Stoudemire will sit out of due to illness. The veteran has missed 12 games this season already, and although he had a limited practice on Tuesday, it wouldn't be a big surprise if he is unable to play Friday as well.

Stoudemire (illness) was limited at practice Tuesday, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
EDGE Analysis
An illness kept Stoudemire out of Monday's win over the Knicks, and he was limited to working on the side at Tuesday's session. His overall presence at practice is encouraging, however, and it seems likely that he'll make the trip to Detroit for Wednesday's game. Whether he plays or not is another question, as the oft-injured veteran has already sat out 11 games this season.

Stoudemire (illness) won't play in Monday's game versus the Knicks, Al Iannazzone of Newsday reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stoudemire has been contained to just two appearances this season, but Monday's absence is the result of an illness. His next opportunity to take the court arrives Wednesday at Detroit.

Stoudemire missed Monday's morning shootaround with an illness and is questionable to play later in the evening against the Knicks, Jason Lieser of the Palm Beach Post reports.
EDGE Analysis
Stoudemire has likely been eagerly anticipating this matchup with his former team, so look for him to do everything in his power to try to shake off the illness and declare himself available to come off the bench by the time the game rolls around. However, if Stoudemire fails to notice enough improvement, coach Erik Spoelstra and the team's medical staff will likely err on the side of caution and keep the big man sidelined again.

Stoudemire played just his second game of the season Thursday against the Kings and posted 10 points (4-5 FG, 2-2 FT), one rebound, and one assist in eight minutes.
EDGE Analysis
Stoudemire was available to play on Tuesday but logged a DNP-CD. He's had his fair share of injury struggles throughout his career, and it appears his recent knee ailment isn't bad enough to keep him from playing, but it's still not clear how he'll fit into the rotation. That being said, his efficient eight minutes on Thursday can be taken with a grain of salt.
