We just finished our Dynasty Football League draft.I have set up our rookie draft date,time and order.During our draft several trades were made for rookie draft picks through the message board.As Commish is there a way I can do these changes or do the teams have to send out trade offers and have the other team accept them?

You can make changes for the current year at Commish Options->Edit Draft Order->Edit draft manually round by round->Manually move the picks and save
