This was Theodore's first multi-point effort since Jan. 17 versus the Predators. The defenseman helped out on a Mitch Marner tally in the second period and a Brett Howden goal in the third that stood as the game-winner. Theodore is up to 37 points (nine goals, 28 assists), 117 shots on net, 83 blocked shots and a plus-13 rating over 64 appearances. He continues to see time in a top-four role and on the second power-play unit.

Howden scored a goal on three shots and added two PIM in Thursday's 6-3 win over the Flames.

EDGE Analysis

Howden ended a 13-game goal drought that began Jan. 10 before he sustained a lower-body injury that kept him out of action for nearly two months. The 28-year-old forward was on the top line Thursday, so he looks to be an early beneficiary of new head coach John Tortorella's adjustments to the lineup. Howden hasn't done a lot this season with 10 goals, 19 points, 59 shots on net, 39 PIM, 93 hits and a minus-10 rating over 52 appearances.

Vasilevskiy made 21 saves in a 6-3 win over the Penguins on Thursday.

EDGE Analysis

The beast of the east picked up his league-leading 36th victory. Vasilevskiy might have the Vezina Trophy sewn up, but he's focused on Lord Stanley's chalice. He's 6-1-1 in his last eight starts, and he has allowed exactly two goals in five of those starts. Vasilevsky is the best. Bar none.

Dorofeyev scored a power-play goal on five shots in Thursday's 6-3 win over the Flames.

EDGE Analysis

Dorofeyev had been limited to three assists over his previous eight outings. The 25-year-old winger has matched his career high from the 2024-25 regular season with his 35th goal, though he's up over the 60-point mark this year due to his uptick in assists. Dorofeyev has 61 points (29 on the power play), 214 shots on net and a minus-4 rating over 76 appearances. The change behind the bench from Bruce Cassidy to John Tortorella could have a negative impact on an offense-focused player like Dorofeyev, but he should at least be a fixture on the first power-play unit where he can flex his elite shot.

Guentzel notched two assists Thursday in a 6-3 win over Pittsburgh.

EDGE Analysis

The goal streak is over, but Guentzel's point streak stands at six games and 11 points, inclulding those five goals. He's now one point from equaling his career-high mark of 84, which he set in 2021-22. Guentzel has played an important role in the Bolts' success in their last 10 games (7-1-2).

Barbashev scored a goal, dished two assists, added three hits and went plus-4 in Thursday's 6-3 win over the Flames.

EDGE Analysis

Head coach John Tortorella has already shaken up the Golden Knights' top six, putting Barbashev on a line with Mitch Marner instead of Jack Eichel. That paid off Thursday, as Barbashev earned his second three-point effort of the season. The winger is in a groove with three goals and six assists over his last seven outings. He's up to a total of 22 tallies, 34 helpers, 125 shots on net, 131 hits and a plus-15 rating over 76 appearances. Barbashev is a versatile forward who checks well and can move around the lineup, so he should be a good fit in a Tortorella system.

Marner scored three goals on six shots and added two assists, including one with the man advantage, in Thursday's 6-3 win over the Flames.

EDGE Analysis

Marner tallied twice in the second period and added a late goal in the third for a hat trick. He also set up Pavel Dorofeyev and Ivan Barbashev, making this Marner's best game of the campaign. The 28-year-old is up to 23 goals, 53 assists, 151 shots on net, 44 blocked shots and a plus-16 rating over 75 appearances, though he had posted just two points over eight outings before Thursday's eruption of offense.

Hart stopped 19 of 22 shots in Thursday's 6-3 win over the Flames.

EDGE Analysis

Hart missed the last 33 games while dealing with a lower-body injury. The 27-year-old goalie wasn't great in his return, but the Golden Knights surged in the third period to get him the win. Hart is 6-3-3 with a 3.25 GAA and an .870 save percentage over 13 starts this season. Now that he's healthy, Hart could have the chance to take over the No. 1 job heading into the playoffs, as Adin Hill has struggled and Akira Schmid hasn't been trusted with much playing time. The Golden Knights have a big test up next when they visit the Oilers on Saturday.

Kucherov scored a goal and added two assists in a 6-3 win over the Penguins on Thursday.

EDGE Analysis

It was Kucherov's 19th game with at least three points this season and tied the great Peter Stastny (1982-83) for the seventh-most in a single season by a player born outside North America. Kucherov sits two points behind Connor McDavid (126) for the NHL scoring lead. Kucherov's 1.80 points per game played remains the best of the best. He has a chance to win the Art Ross trophy again. He earned it in 2024-25 (121 points).

Cirelli delivered a hat trick Thursday in a 6-3 win over Pittsburgh.

EDGE Analysis

It was his second NHL hattie and first since Jan. 17, 2020. Cirelli has 146 goals which puts him 10th place in franchise history. He passed Frederik Modin (144). He has 52 points (23 goals, 29 assists) and 120 saves in 67 games this season. It's the second time that Cirelli has delivered a 50-plus point campaign.
