Tarasenko got the Blues on the board in the second period, knotting the score at a goal apiece. He added a helper on Brayden Schenn's power-play marker later in the middle frame as the Blues overcame another one-goal deficit. St. Louis wouldn't trail again. Tarasenko came into this one mired in a 10-game goal drought, and he's now been held without a point in eight of his last 11 games but has still managed to produce seven points during this inconsistent stretch.

Tarasenko put up three assists Saturday in a 6-3 win over the Blue Jackets.

He did it in under 16 minutes of action. The sniper's game has evolved this year -- Tarasenko hasn't scored a goal since Nov. 14 (seven games), but instead he keeps putting multiple apples in the basket. He has 19 points, including 12 helpers, in 21 games.

Tarasenko collected two assists, one on the power play, in Monday's 5-2 win over the Golden Knights.

Despite his inconsistency in November, Tarasenko is still enjoying a strong overall start to the season with seven goals and 16 points in 18 games as he looks to put the shoulder issues that limited him to 34 games over the last two campaigns behind him.
