Jarry was the first goalie to leave the ice Monday, Seth Rorabaugh of TribLive.com reports, indicating he'll be in goal at home versus Anaheim.
EDGE Analysis
Jarry has been wildly inconsistent to open the season, having posted two shutouts while also giving up three or more goals four times. Unfortunately for the Penguins, with Alex Nedeljkovic (lower body) on long-term injured reserve, they don't have much of an alternative to hope Jarry can even out his game.

Jarry got the hook early in the second period of Saturday's 5-2 loss to Ottawa after allowing three goals on nine shots.
EDGE Analysis
It was a rocky night. Ridly Greig scored on a tip-in on the power play at 4:24 of the first. Ten minutes later, Brady Tkachuk cut in from the left side, froze Jarry and snapped a puck over the netminder's glove. Jarry allowed a goal early in the second that was overturned after a coach's challenge, but Dominik Kubalik blasted the puck past him a minute later, and that was all she wrote. Jarry's game this season has had two personalities -- he's either perfect (two shutouts) or porous (14 goals allowed in four losses). Overall, he's now 2-4-0 with a 2.62 GAA and .901 save percentage. You may need to hold your nose a little longer until Jarry settles down to help your squad fantasy squad on a much more consistent basis.

Jarry will guard the home cage Saturday against the Senators, Penguins play-by-play announcer Josh Getzoff reports.
EDGE Analysis
Coming off a 31-save shutout victory over the Avalanche on Thursday, Jarry will look to get on his first winning streak of 2023-24. The 28-year-old netminder is 2-3-2 with a .917 save percentage to start the season. He'll face an Ottawa team that ranks sixth in the league in scoring early in the campaign.

Jarry turned aside all 31 shots he faced in Thursday's 4-0 win over the Avalanche.
EDGE Analysis
Colorado had won 15 straight road games coming into Thursday, an NHL record, but Jarry made sure the streak ended in Pittsburgh with an impressive performance. The 28-year-old netminder had only two shutouts in 47 outings last season, but he's already matched that number in his first five starts of 2023-24. Unfortunately those are also his only two wins, as he's allowed 11 goals in his other three appearances, leaving him with a 2.24 GAA and a .917 save percentage. Jarry will likely be back between the pipes Saturday against the Senators.

Jarry was the first goalie to leave the ice at morning skate, putting him on track to defend the cage against Colorado at home Thursday, per Penguins play-by-play announcer Josh Getzoff.
EDGE Analysis
Jarry has underwhelmed to open the season, posting a 1-3-0 record with a 2.81 GAA, .892 save percentage and one shutout. Still, with Alex Nedeljkovic (lower body) landing on long-term injured reserve, Jarry figures to see nearly every start moving forward with the exception of back-to-back situations. If Jarry continues to struggle, general manager Kyle Dubas could look to add a goalie via trade to avoid the 2023-24 campaign being a complete loss.

Jarry turned aside 17 of 21 shots in a 4-2 loss to St. Louis on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
Jarry surrendered a goal in each period, including the third frame where he faced only four shots. Although he earned a 19-save shutout versus Washington on Oct. 13, Jarry has allowed at least three goals in each of his other three starts this year, giving him a 1-3-0 record, 2.81 GAA and .892 save percentage in 2023-24.

Jarry will defend the road crease versus the Blues on Saturday, according to Penguins radio play-by-play announcer Josh Getzoff.
EDGE Analysis
Jarry is 1-2-0 this season, giving up seven goals on 81 shots. He had the best season of his career in 2021-22, going 34-18-6 with a 2.42 GAA and .919 save percentage. Jarry failed to replicate that success last season, with a 24-13-7 record, 2.90 GAA and .909 save percentage. Jarry will take on the low-scoring Blues, who have managed to find the back of the net only five times in three games.

Jarry stopped 23 of 27 shots in Wednesday's 6-3 loss to the Red Wings. The last two goals were empty-netters.
EDGE Analysis
Jarry was bested three times in the second period, and the Penguins' third-period comeback fell just short. The 28-year-old has allowed seven goals across three outings, all of which have come in his two losses to go with one shutout win. Jarry remains the Penguins' top goalie despite the early inconsistency, so he'll likely get the nod again Saturday versus the Blues.

Jarry will get the starting nod against the Red Wings on the road Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Jarry enters Wednesday's tilt fresh off a 19-save shutout performance against the Capitals on Friday. The 28-year-old netminder's early returns have been positive, as he is sporting a 1-1-0 record, 1.53 GAA and .944 save percentage in his first two contests. Jarry figures to see the bulk of the starts this season, though a strong Penguins debut performance by Alex Nedeljkovic could convince coach Mike Sullivan to split the workload a little more evenly.

Jarry kicked aside all 19 of the shots he faced in Friday's 4-0 win against the Capitals.
EDGE Analysis
Jarry rebounded nicely after suffering the defeat in Tuesday's 4-2 setback against the Blackhawks. He has now stopped 51 of the 54 shots he faced through two games, good for a .944 save percentage. Next up for the Penguins is a visit from the Calgary Flames Saturday night at PPG Paints Arena.
