The 31-year-old center scored a career-high 11 goals during the 2015-16 campaign but given he's never eclipsed the 25-point mark in his nine years in the NHL, he offers little fantasy value entering the upcoming campaign.

This may not translate into a big surge in points, but a few extra shifts per game gives him the opportunity to produce.

On most nights, Mitchell's getting fourth-line minutes and is a staple on the penalty-kill unit.
