Jarvis scored a goal and added an assist in a 4-2 win over the Rangers.
EDGE Analysis
It was a beautiful goal. Sebastian Aho fed Jarvis from the point and he broke in, deked an lifted a backhander under Frederik Andersen's blocker arm to put the Canes up 2-1 at 1:02 of the second period. He had already set up Andrei Svechnikov late in the first for the Canes' opening goal. Jarvis has five points, including four helpers, in his last four games. He sits in a tie with Rem Pitlick for ninth on the NHL rookie scoring list with 33 points and eighth on the rookie goal list (14). Jarvis won't be considered for the Calder trophy, but he could end up being among the best of this year's rookie class in a few years.

Jarvis logged an assist, two hits and two PIM in Sunday's 5-2 win over the Ducks.
EDGE Analysis
Jarvis helped out on Andrei Svechnikov's opening tally just 1:17 into the first period. The 20-year-old Jarvis has three assists in his last three games, and he's again seeing time on the top line at even strength. The rookie winger has put together a solid season with 31 points, 90 shots on net, 63 hits and a plus-10 rating through 59 appearances.

Jarvis had two assists in Thursday's 5-3 win over the Sabres.
EDGE Analysis
Jarvis skates on the top line, and he combined with Andrei Svechnikov to set up both of the goals scored by their third linemate Sebastian Aho. With his two points in this game, the 20-year-old Jarvis is up to an even 30 points through his first 57 games.

Jarvis had a goal and an assist in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Lightning.
EDGE Analysis
Jarvis put the Hurricanes up 2-1 in the second, then assisted on Sebastian Aho's 30th goal of the season to go up 3-2 later in the middle frame. Unfortunately for the Hurricanes, neither lead held up. The 2020 first-round pick is certainly a player to keep an eye on for the future, but Jarvis is starting to make a name for himself in the present with four multi-point performances in his last seven games.

Jarvis scored a pair of goals in Saturday's 7-2 win over the Blues.
EDGE Analysis
The 20-year-old Jarvis doesn't get much attention in most Calder Trophy conversations, but he does currently sit 10th in this year's rookie scoring race with 12 goals and 26 points. Jarvis only averages about 13 minutes per game, but most of those minutes are spent on the Canes' first line with Sebastian Aho and Teuvo Teravainen, giving him significant fantasy value in deeper formats. Jarvis scored 98 points in his last season with the WHL Portland Winterhawks in 2019-20, so he's got a proven nose for the net. Once the Canes' expand his role a bit, look out. He's got future stud written all over him.

Jarvis picked up two assists, one on the power play, in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Lightning.
EDGE Analysis
He helped set up Martin Necas early in the second period for the game's opening goal, then tapped the puck over to Sebastian Aho for the game-winner midway through the third. Jarvis continues to tease his upside, but the 20-year-old rookie is far from consistent yet, and on the season he's compiled 10 goals and 24 points through 49 games.

Jarvis scored two goals in Friday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Capitals.
EDGE Analysis
Making his return to the lineup after a three-game absence due to an undisclosed injury, Jarvis took advantage of some defensive miscues by the Caps to put together the first multi-goal game of his career. The rookie got a chance in the shootout and came up empty, however. Jarvis had appeared to hit the rookie wall prior to getting hurt, managing only two assists in 13 games since the beginning of February before Friday's outburst, and on the season he has 10 goals and 22 points through 47 contests.

Jarvis (undisclosed) will return to the lineup for Friday night's game versus Washington, Walt Ruff of the Hurricanes' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Jarvis will likely return to a middle-six role and a spot on the second power-play unit following his three-game absence. The 20-year-old rookie has picked up 20 points through 46 contests this season.

Jarvis (hip) won't play Saturday versus the Flyers, Chip Alexander of The Raleigh News & Observer reports.
EDGE Analysis
Jarvis was considered a game-time call versus Philadelphia, so he should be ready to return sooner rather than later. With Jarvis on the shelf, Derek Stepan will draw into the lineup against the Flyers.
