O'Reilly now has a career high in points with 25 goals and 40 assists through 66 games in his first year with the Notes.

O'Reilly scored his 24th goal of the season and added an assist as well in a 5-2 loss to the Stars on Thursday.

O'Reilly has proven to be one of the top offseason acquisitions across the league by leading the Blues with 20 goals and 53 points, and he's on pace to shatter multiple career highs.

The 27-year-old has found the scoresheet in seven straight games, and O'Reilly has now racked up six goals and 20 points in 16 games since Christmas. He's on a point-a-game pace for the first time in his career, and the move to St. Louis is agreeing with him in other ways as well -- after finishing in the red in plus-minus for eight straight seasons, O'Reilly has a strong plus-17 rating so far in 2018-19.

O'Reilly sent out two assists and six shots on net in Saturday's win over the Senators.

O'Reilly won the faceoff back to Vladimir Tarasenko, who quickly flicked his signature wrister into the back of the net to tie the game. With a vastly improved plus-7 rating, the 27-year-old is on track for a career season and should never come out of your lineup.
