Head coach Darryl Sutter has rolled with the same six defensemen for virtually all of the season, leaving Stone as a healthy scratch. It wouldn't be surprising to see the 31-year-old get a conditioning stint in with AHL Stockton given his lack of playing time this season. Stone entered the league's COVID-19 protocols before the season started and didn't return until Oct. 28, which is his lone appearance to date. The 31-year-old blueliner is likely eighth on the defensive depth chart, so it would take a couple of injuries for him to draw in on a regular basis. As such, fantasy managers can easily leave him on the waiver wire.
