Tsyplakov is up to two goals, five assists, 10 PIM, 16 shots, 33 hits, three blocks, three takeaways and a plus-3 rating through 11 games.

Tsyplakov needs to find a way to take more risks as a scoring option for the Isles, because otherwise, his fantasy upside will continue to trend in the wrong direction.

Tsyplakov is an intriguing player to keep an eye on given his physical play and promotion to New York's second line. The Moscow native also replaced Kyle Palmieri on the top power-play unit during the contest, so the former is clearly gaining head coach Patrick Roy's trust early on in the season.
