Perreault scored a goal on a season-high four shots in Tuesday's 6-4 win against the Oilers.
EDGE Analysis
Perreault blasted a one-timer just as a Winnipeg power play expired to pull the Jets to within 3-2 with 5:23 left in the first period. It proved to be a big goal for the Jets, kick-starting a stretch of four straight goals. The goal was the first of the year for Perreault and game him a point in each of the last two games. The 33-year-old role player had seven goals and 15 points in 49 contests last season.

Perreault recorded an assist and two blocked shots in Sunday's 4-3 loss to the Oilers.
EDGE Analysis
Perreault set up Adam Lowry at 10:41 for the opening tally of a back-and-forth game. That got Perreault off of zeroes on his scoreline -- he's contributed only five shots on goal, six hits and three blocked shots in six outings so far. The 33-year-old forward almost exclusively works in a bottom-six role and shouldn't be counted on for offense.

Perreault was called up from the taxi squad ahead of Thursday's clash with Calgary, Mike McIntyre of the Winnipeg Free Press reports.
EDGE Analysis
Perreault was limited to just 49 games last year, which saw him miss the 10-goal mark for just the second time in his last seven seasons. The addition of Trevor Lewis has made Perreault an expendable piece for the Jets, so he likely hasn't seen the last of the taxi squad. If Nikolaj Ehlers (COVID) is unable to play Thursday, Perreault is posied to get into the game in a fourth-line role.

Perreault was waived by the Jets on Monday, Rick Ralph of TSN 1290 Winnipeg reports.
EDGE Analysis
Perreault should be a lock for the taxi squad as the team looks to create some cap space by burying his contract "in the minors". By moving Perreault's contract, it seems likely that Trevor Lewis, who is in camp on a PTO, will be given a permanent NHL deal.

Perreault (undisclosed) was back at practice in a regular jersey Friday, Mitchell Clinton of JetsTV reports.
EDGE Analysis
Perreault immediately reclaimed his spot on the Jets' fourth line alongside Nate Thompson and Trevor Lewis. While this trio is unlikely to offer a ton of offensive upside, they will certainly be dishing out plenty of hits and will add some physicality to the Winnipeg lineup. As such, Perreault will provide low-end fantasy value, at best.

Perreault (undisclosed) is on the ice for Wednesday's practice in a non-contact jersey, Ken Wiebe of Sportsnet reports.
EDGE Analysis
Perreault is clearly still dealing with whatever prevented him from taking the ice for the first two days of camp, but it appears as though he's on track to be ready for Winnipeg's regular-season opener versus the Flames on Jan. 14. The 33-year-old forward picked up 15 points in 49 games with the Jets last campaign.

Perreault -- who suffered an undisclosed injury at practice Monday -- was deemed unfit to practice Tuesday, Mike McIntyre of the Winnipeg Free Press reports.
EDGE Analysis
Perreault missed 22 games last season due to various injuries, so this latest malady could raise some red flags for fantasy players. When he was in action, the 31-year-old Quebec native garnered seven goals on 71 shots, eight assists and 69 hits. Despite generally be utilized in a bottom-six role, Perreault still saw action with the No. 2 power-play unit where he averaged 1:07 of ice time and garnered two goals.

Perreault (undisclosed) is participating in pregame warmups ahead of Game 4 against Calgary on Thursday and appears set to play, Wes Gilbertson of the Calgary Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
There's always the chance Perreault could take a twirl and not feel good enough to play, but he was a participant in Thursday's morning skate, so it seems likely he'll be good to go -- especially since he's taking line rushes with Cody Eakin and Jansen Harkins on the third unit. With the Jets on the brink of elimination down 2-1 in the series and without stars Mark Scheifele (leg) and Patrik Laine (wrist), Perreault will be a welcome re-addition to the lineup.

Perreault (undisclosed) was on the ice for Thursday's morning skate ahead of a Game 4 clash with Calgary, Mike McIntyre of the Winnipeg Free Press reports.
EDGE Analysis
Perreault hasn't officially been given the all-clear to suit up versus the Flames, but the fact that he was able to take part in the game-day skate is certainly a good sign. Where Perreault fits into the lineup against Calgary will depend on the availability of Patrik Laine (wrist). If Laine can't play, then Perreault should slot into his spot on the second line.

Perreault (undisclosed) will not return to Tuesday's Game 3 clash against the Flames.
EDGE Analysis
Perreault was on the receiving end of an awkward hit near the boards, and after a trial skate before the third period, elected he didn't feel well enough to carry on. Perreault becomes the fourth Jets forward to be dealing with injury, with Mark Scheifele (leg), Patrik Laine (wrist) and Mason Appleton (undisclosed) all absent Tuesday. Jack Roslovic was moved up to the second line with Perreault exiting the game.
