Pospisil notched an assist and doled out six hits in Tuesday's 2-1 loss to the Blues.
EDGE Analysis
Pospisil set up Kevin Bahl's game-tying goal at 6:06 of the third period. This was Pospisil's first point through six games in January. He avoided supplemental discipline after being ejected Monday for a dangerous hit on Chicago's Taylor Hall. Pospisil makes his name in the physicality department, but he's chipped in two goals, 11 helpers and a plus-2 rating through 43 outings in 2024-25.

Pospisil notched an assist and five hits in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Canucks.
EDGE Analysis
This was Pospisil's 100th NHL game. The forward has produced 36 points and 353 hits so far in his career, though he's frequently seen top-six minutes at even strength. Pospisil was limited to two helpers, 54 hits and 18 PIM over 12 outings in December, as he was unable to enjoy the scoring consistency of linemates Jonathan Huberdeau and Nazem Kadri. Pospisil is up to 12 points, 49 shots on net, 51 PIM, 115 hits and a plus-3 rating over 37 contests this season.

Pospisil logged an assist and a game-high seven hits in Tuesday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Bruins.
EDGE Analysis
Pospisil was playing his style Tuesday. He was physical as always and assisted on Nazem Kadri's second-period tally. The helper ended a six-game slump for Pospisil, who has contributed 11 points, 93 hits, 43 shots on net, 35 PIM and a plus-1 rating over 32 outings this season. He's on the top line currently, but his usage and production is more in line with that of a middle-six forward.

Pospisil notched an assist, four hits, two shots on goal, two PIM and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 6-2 loss to the Penguins.
EDGE Analysis
An in-game adjustment united Pospisil with Nazem Kadri and Jonathan Huberdeau, though it's unclear if that line will stick moving forward. Pospisil did fairly well for himself late in November, earning five points, 12 PIM and eight hits over the last seven games of the month. He's up to 10 points, 36 shots on net, 61 hits, 33 PIM and a plus-1 rating over 25 contests this season, playing mainly in a middle-six role.

Pospisil scored a goal Saturday in a 4-3 shootout win over the Wild.
EDGE Analysis
Pospisil put the Flames up 2-1 on the power play late in the second period when he redirected Nazem Kadri's slap pass past Filip Gustavsson's outstretched pad. The 25-year-old Pospisil ended his 19-game goal drought with his second tally of 2024-25. It's been a productive week for him, as he also snapped a 15-game point slump with an assist in Tuesday's 2-1 shootout win over the Islanders. Pospisil isn't as good as his three-game, five-point streak to start the season, but he's not as bad as his recent struggles. Wait to see what Pospisil can do over the next week before considering him as a waiver-wire option.

Pospisil notched a power-play assist in Tuesday's 2-1 shootout win over the Islanders.
EDGE Analysis
Pospisil endured a rough month, going 15 games without a point before getting on the scoresheet Tuesday. The 25-year-old has bounced around the lineup but often settles into a middle-six role. He's at six points -- five of which he earned over the first three contests of 2024-25 -- while adding 27 shots on net, 54 hits, 21 PIM an a plus-1 rating through 19 contests.

Pospisil was whistled for an offensive-zone penalty that led to the go-ahead goal in Sunday's 4-2 loss to Edmonton, Wes Gilbertson of the Calgary Herald reports. "It can't happen, especially in a tied game," Pospisil said of his third-period penalty. "I have to learn from it."
EDGE Analysis
Pospisil plays with an edge -- he leads the team in hits (38) and two-minute minors (six) -- so coaches have learned to accept his style, but his third-period high-sticking penalty in the offensive zone was costly and noticed by head coach Ryan Huska. "It's so hard to win in this league that if you overstep the boundary a little bit, then it can cost a team," Huska said. "I think he understands it. He's gotta really work to be a better player in that regard for us." Pospisil, who opened the season with six points through his first eight appearances, enters Tuesday's contest in Montreal on a four-game pointless run.

Pospisil registered an assist, two shots on goal and five hits in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Oilers.
EDGE Analysis
Pospisil failed to earn multiple points for the first time in three games this season. He has a goal, four assists, four shots on net, 10 hits and a plus-3 rating while centering Jonathan Huberdeau and Anthony Mantha. Pospisil is unlikely to keep up this pace on offense, but in just his second NHL campaign, he's a proven physical force who could rank among the league leaders in hits at the end of the season if he's able to stay healthy.

Pospisil recorded two assists, four hits, five PIM and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Flyers.
EDGE Analysis
Pospisil has opened the season with a pair of multi-point efforts. He was limited to 9:09 of ice time Saturday, though that was due to his second-period fight with Tyson Foerster. Pospisil is more agitator than scorer, but he's produced four points, two shots on net, five hits and seven PIM across his first two games this season. If his offense stays consistent, he'll be a viable power forward for fantasy purposes.

Pospisil scored a goal on two shots, added an assist, blocked two shots and logged two PIM in Wednesday's 6-5 overtime win over the Canucks.
EDGE Analysis
Pospisil brought the Flames within a goal on a third-period tally, and he also set up Connor Zary's game-winning goal in overtime. As a rookie in 2023-24, Pospisil had 24 points, 238 hits, 107 PIM and a plus-14 rating over 63 appearances. He is in a middle-six role to begin 2024-25, but the key for the 24-year-old this year will be to avoid suspension-worthy plays -- he would be deemed a repeat offender after serving a three-game ban in March.
