Havlat practiced with the team Sunday, Tom Gulitti of The Record reports. Havlat has been out since Oct. 23 with a lower-body injury, but his presence at practice suggests he is nearing a return. His next opportunity to return will come Monday against the Bruins, and his return could be needed with Adam Henrique and Ryan Clowe's status unclear.

Havlat recently resumed skating on his own, but because he's not yet at the point where he can practice, the Devils won't bring him along on their trip to St. Louis on Thursday or Detroit on Friday.
