Scheifele scored a goal on four shots and added three assists in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Canucks.
EDGE Analysis
Scheifele was involved in all of the Jets' goals in a game dominated by their top line. Prior to Saturday, the center had been limited to two points over his previous four outings. He's up to 16 goals, 31 helpers, 109 shots on net, 40 hits and a plus-18 rating through 46 appearances. Scheifele should continue to hover around a point-per-game pace as one of the Jets' top forwards.

Scheifele scored a goal on three shots in Saturday's 2-1 win over the Penguins.
EDGE Analysis
The Penguins were pressuring the Jets in their own end until Nikolaj Ehlers picked off a Jake Guentzel cross-ice pass to start a two-on-one rush the other way that Scheifele finished with a punishing slap shot. It was one of three shots on net by the 30-year old center in 18:34 TOI. Scheifele has now posted a point in back-to-back games after recently returning from a lower-body injury that kept him out of the lineup since Jan 11. The Jets face the Sharks at home Wednesday.

Scheifele (lower body) will not play versus Toronto on Saturday, Mitchell Clinton of the Jets' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Scheifele partook in practice Friday, but the Jets will give him an extra night off Saturday, as they do not play again until Feb. 6 in Pittsburgh. Scheifele has 14 goals and 41 points in 41 games this season. Look for Vladislav Namestnikov to center the top line in Scheifele's absence.

Scheifele (lower body) is in a regular jersey at morning practice Friday, according to Mitchell Clinton of the Jets' official site.
EDGE Analysis
Scheifele has sat out the last five games, after getting injured versus Chicago on Jan. 11. The Jets play Saturday versus Toronto, their last game before the All-Star break and you have to wonder if Scheifele will sit this one out as well, to give him an extra 10 days of rest before facing the Penguins on Feb. 6. Scheifele has 14 goals, 27 assists and 94 shots on goal in 41 games this season.

Scheifele (lower body) is expected to miss Wednesday's game against Toronto, Mitchell Clinton of the Jets' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Scheifele remains day-to-day, so he still might be an option for Saturday's rematch against the Maple Leafs. He has 14 goals and 41 points in 41 contests in 2023-24. With Scheifele still unavailable, Rasmus Kupari is likely to remain in the lineup against Toronto.

Scheifele (lower body) will be a game-time decision against Toronto on Wednesday, Mitchell Clinton of the Jets' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Scheifele is still considered day-to-day but hasn't been ruled out for Wednesday's matchup. If the veteran center is cleared to return, he should retake his spot as the first-line center while also linking back up with the No. 1 power-play unit. With 41 points in 41 games this season, Scheifele could challenge for the 80-point threshold for the first time since 2018-19.

Scheifele (lower body) won't play Monday against the Bruins, Mitchell Clinton of the Jets' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Scheifele will miss his fourth game after suffering an injury Jan. 11 versus Chicago. However, he'll skate before Wednesday's matchup in Toronto, according to coach Rick Bowness, as the 30-year-old center remains day-to-day. Scheifele has 14 goals and 41 points in 41 games this season.

Scheifele (lower body) won't play Saturday against the Senators, John Lu of TSN reports.
EDGE Analysis
Scheifele will be reevaluated ahead of Monday's game versus Boston, but he has yet to resume skating since suffering his lower-body injury Jan. 11 versus Chicago, so he should probably be considered questionable at best for that contest at this point. Adam Lowry will likely continue to center the top line until Scheifele is ready to return.

Scheifele (lower body) was designated for injured reserve retroactive to Jan. 12 on Tuesday, which means he could still return against Ottawa on Saturday, Ken Wiebe of The Winnipeg Free Press reports.
EDGE Analysis
Scheifele will have already missed the necessary week to be activated in time to face the Senators on Saturday if given the all-clear in time. In his last five outings, the Ontario native has racked up two goals and three assists, including one point with the man advantage. Kyle Connor (knee) is set to return Tuesday and will step into Scheifele's spot with the No. 1 power-play unit, though both players should feature together once healthy.
