Mark Cullen was called up from the minors on Friday January 18.

Mark Cullen has signed on to play for Salzburg of the Austrian League. Cullen played six games for Florida last season, his first NHL action since playing three games with the Flyers in the 2006-07 season. He started the season in the KHL with Chekhov Vityaz but managed only one assist in 23 games so he now finds himself in Austria where he expects to see action on Friday. The 34-year-old has played only 38 NHL games in his career so it could very well be that Cullen has seen his last action in the NHL.

Mark Cullen wasn't available for practice on Monday because he has to clear re-entry waivers. He will probably be in Florida's lineup on Tuesday when Toronto visits. Cullen has appeared in three games with the Panthers this season and has no fantasy value.

Mark Cullen didn't suit up on Monday due an upper-body injury. He was hurt in Saturday's contest and although X-rays came back negative, he was too sore to play. Evgenii Dadonov drew back into the lineup in Cullen's place. This us just an FYI as neither player has any fantasy value right now.
