Kruger is "fine" and will play in Wednesday's Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Final against Tampa Bay, CSN Chicago's Tracey Myers reports.
Kruger didn't play much after taking a big hit from the Ducks' Ryan Kesler with about 13 minutes remaining in the third period of Saturday's Game 7. However, at that point the Hawks had the game pretty well in hand, so Krugers' lack of ice time was likely a precautionary measure. Kruger has tallied two goals and one assists thus far during Chicago's playoff run.

Kruger scored his second goal of the playoffs with 3:48 remaining in the third overtime of Tuesday's Game 2 victory over the Ducks.
Fairly typically, the centerman hasn't provided a ton of offense in these playoffs -- he has no assists to go with his two markers and has only taken more shots in a game three times. Kruger's fantasy value remains quite limited as a depth-line player.

Kruger (illness) is likely to play Saturday against the Avalanche, CSN Chicago's Tracey Myers reports.
Kruger participated in line rushes during Saturday's morning skate after missing Thursday's game against the Blues, so it looks like he's no longer feeling under the weather. Expect him to replace Andrew Desjardins on the club's fourth line.

Kruger (illness) won't play Thursday against the Blues.
After a two-point effort in last Thursday's win over Vancouver, Kruger has not recorded a point over his last three games. Overall, he has notched 17 points and 30 PIM in 80 games for the Hawks to date.

Kruger will play in Sunday's game against the Blues, ESPN Chicago reports.
Kruger suffered a minor injury during Friday's game against the Sabres, but he was able to return and finish out the contest. There's no reason to think he won't be his usual self for Sunday's big matchup with the Blues.

Kruger was able to return to Friday's game after leaving with an undisclosed injury in the second period, Chris Kuc of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Luckily for the Blackhawks and fantasy owners, Kruger's ailment wasn't serious enough to keep him out of Friday's contest. Although he may be a little banged up after Friday's game, Kruger shouldn't be in any danger of missing Sunday's matchup with the Blues.

Kruger left Friday's game against the Sabres with an undisclosed injury, Mark Lazerus of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Kruger fell to the ice in pain after taking a big hit from Tyson Strachan in the second period of Friday's game. At this point in time it isn't clear whether he'll be able to return Friday's contest. If he's held out for the remainder of Friday's matchup, the Blackhawks should provide an update on his status in the coming days.

Kruger scored a goal on a team-high-tying five shots, added an assist and went plus-2 in Thursday's win over Vancouver.
Kruger's last multi-point effort came way, way back on Dec. 11, and he hadn't fired as many as five shots on net since Dec. 6. So this was a unicorn of a game for Kruger, whose role for Chicago is largely defensive.

Kruger recorded his sixth goal of the season in Monday's 5-2 win over the Hurricanes.
Kruger has been on a sustained cold spell as the goal was just his first point in his last 11 games, and only his second in his previous 31 contests. At this point, the 24-year-old appears to have taken a step back from his 28-point campaign a season ago and doesn't hold much fantasy value in any format.

Kruger found the back of the net to kick off the scoring in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Blues.
The tally ended a massive drought for Kruger, who had gone the previous 20 games without a point and 28 games without a goal. He'll probably need to find the score sheet in a handful of upcoming contests before even appearing on the fantasy radar in deeper formats.
