Keaton Ellerby has been a healthy scratch for six straight games. He has skated in 18 games with the Jets this season since was claimed off waivers from Los Angeles, but his last appearance came on Dec. 12. However, Ellerby doesn't have any fantasy value when he does play.

Keaton Ellerby recorded his first goal in 104 games in Thursday's loss to Chicago. His last goal came on March 17, 2011 vs. Toronto and it was deposited into an empty net. "It's always nice to contribute offensively but I was minus-1 on the night so that's a little bit disappointing," Ellerby said after Winnipeg's 6-3 loss to the Blackhawks. Ellerby has two points in nine games this season.

Keaton Ellerby skated with Tobias Enstrom in Sunday's loss to Minnesota. He was promoted up the depth chart because of Zach Bogosian's groin injury, which is expected to sideline him for weeks. Ellerby received a season-high 22:09 of ice time versus the Wild and he finished with a minus-2 rating in the Jets' 2-1 loss.

Defenseman Keaton Ellerby will make his debut with the Winnipeg Jets on Monday against the Detroit Red Wings. He doesn't carry a whole lot of fantasy value, but the Jets need him with a lot of injuries on the blueline.

The Jets have claimed Keaton Ellerby off waivers from the Kings. With injuries to Mark Stuart, Paul Postma, and Jacob Trouba the Jets are hurting on their blueline and needed to add another body. Ellebry is just that--another body. He has no fantasy value.

Keaton Ellerby has been placed on waivers by the Los Angeles Kings. Ellerby had three points and 16 penalty minutes in 35 games in the shortened 2013 campaign. He's been on the Kings' lineup this season, but hasn't actually been used.

Los Angeles Kings coach Darryl Sutter likes Keaton Ellerby, but that doesn't necessarily mean Ellerby will play soon. "We can only dress 20, so.Of course I would like to get him into a game," Sutter said of Ellerby. "That's why he's here." Ellerby is still waiting to make his season debut. He had three points in 44 games last season.

Keaton Ellerby will return to Florida for the first time since being traded to the Kings in February. Ellerby is one of eight Kings defensemen on the 23 man roster but has yet to see action in a regular season game this season. He could get into the lineup against his former teammates but that will be a game time decision. He had three assists with 52 penalty minutes and a plus-three rating in 44 games last season so he has some value in penalty minutes when in the lineup.

Defenseman Keaton Ellerby has made the Los Angeles defense corps and will open the season with the Kings next week. Ellerby was acquired by LA in a trade with the Florida Panthers in February. "Keaton's had a great camp," Kings coach Darryl Sutter said, adding that Ellerby has the ability to play on both the left side and right side of the blueline, "and he's an important guy." In 35 games with the Kings last season, Ellerby had three assists, 16 penalty minutes and a plus-5 rating. He's not a bad fantasy acquisition for hits and penalty minutes.

Keaton Ellerby has re-upped with the Los Angeles Kings on a one-year contract. The Kings didn't tender Ellerby a qualifying offer, but they were able to come to terms with him before he could test the market as an unrestricted free agent. He suited up in 35 games with Los Angeles, where he earned three assists and 16 penalty minutes, after being acquired from Florida.
