Alzner tallied his first point of the second-round series against the Rangers in Sunday's Game 6 loss, assisting on Evgeny Kuznetsov's third-period goal. Alzner recorded a career-best 21 points in the regular season, but that modest total doesn't exactly put many offensive expectations on him during the playoffs. The 26-year-old is capable two-way player every roster needs, though he's unlikely to provide any sort of high-end fantasy production.

Alzner scored a goal and contributed an assist Thursday in a Game 5 victory over the Isles. A super-rare multi-point effort from Alzner, who had just two other two-point games all season long. But he's now found twine twice in this series' five games and has got a plus-2 rating over that span, so Alzner's been surprisingly productive for fantasy owners.

Alzner scored his first goal since Feb. 1 and assisted on Matt Niskanen's overtime winner Thursday against the Devils. Well, he's now over 20 points for the first time in his career, but Alzner's never going to be mistaken for an offensive wunderkind. But hey, it's development. And at plus-15, he's now sitting on the best rating of his career.

Alzner recorded an assist in Wednesday's loss to the Penguins. The blueliner has now picked up three assists in his last four games. He's just one point shy of matching his career-high point total of 18 established last season.
