Josh Harding practiced with the Wild on Wednesday for the first time since January. He hopes to be back with his teammates soon if everything goes well. However, he is still listed as day-to-day and it's unclear when or if he'll be available to play before the season is over. He has been sidelined since Dec. 31 due to complications with his multiple sclerosis.

Josh Harding put his pads on and took to the ice again Thursday morning. He faced some shots and did puck-handling drills with goalie coach Bob Mason after skating for the first time on Tuesday. "It's a great sign that he's feeling much better, and he's focused and motivated to try to get back with us," coach Mike Yeo said. "With that said, we're still a few steps away. It's not like he's a week away from rejoining us here, but it's a good first step." It's unclear when he'll be able to return.

Josh Harding wasn't feeling well again, so he didn't practice Monday. He has missed nine consecutive games and 13 of the team's past 15 since having his treatment for multiple sclerosis altered. There's no timetable for his return, but coach Mike Yeo was encouraged to see him back on the ice. "I talked to him this morning and he's been feeling better the last couple days," said Minnesota's bench boss. "So we'll look for him to join the group here soon." Consider Harding day-to-day for now.

Josh Harding was left off Team Canada's Olympic roster. That's not surprising, but it's still disappointing. Harding has been a great story this season. After being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, he's gone from being a backup goalie to one of the best netminders in the NHL with a 1.65 GAA and .933 save percentage in 29 games.
