Quick yielded four goals on 33 shots in Thursday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Stars.
EDGE Analysis
The Kings held leads of 2-0 and 3-2 in this contest, but the Stars rallied past them in the extra frame. Quick's record fell to 11-17-7 with a 3.33 GAA and a .891 save percentage. The Kings continue their home stand Saturday afternoon against the Blackhawks.

Quick will guard the cage in Thursday's home game against the Stars, Matthew DeFranks of The Dallas Morning News reports.
EDGE Analysis
Quick has been awful recently, surrendering six goals in back-to-back losses to the Panthers and Hurricanes. The American backstop will look to get back on track and snap his six-game losing streak in a home matchup with a Dallas team that's averaging 2.06 goals per game on the road this campaign, 30th in the NHL.

Quick allowed six goals on 20 shots before he was replaced by Jack Campbell in Tuesday's 6-1 loss to the Hurricanes.
EDGE Analysis
Quick has now given up six goals in three of his last five starts. The Kings are a complete disaster, so as valuable as the American netminder has been in past seasons, he is borderline unplayable in 2018-19. Following Tuesday's loss, Quick's record moves to 11-17-5.

Quick will tend the road twine in Tuesday's game versus the Hurricanes, Curtis Zupke of the Los Angeles Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Quick drags a five-game losing streak into this matchup, and he was torched for six goals on 23 shots in his last start versus the Panthers. Hopefully he tuned up quickly with the last two days off, as the Canes should come at him with plenty of firepower since they lead the league with both 35.1 shots on goal per game and a team 55.02 Corsi For percentage.

Quick gave up six goals on 23 shots before being replaced by Jack Campbell early in the third period during Saturday's 6-1 loss to the Panthers.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran netminder is hardly to blame for his awful numbers. Every Florida goal came either on a clean breakaway, or with Quick screened by multiple players -- including two while the Kings were short-handed to close out the second period that put the game out of reach. Regardless of how little help he was getting in this one, Quick is still 0-3-2 over his last five starts with a brutal 4.54 GAA and .846 save percentage.

Quick will guard the goal in Saturday's road game against the Panthers, Lisa Dillman of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Quick was sharp in his last start Thursday against Nashville, stopping 27 of 29 shots, but he ultimately suffered a fourth straight loss due to a lack of offensive support from his teammates. The American backstop will look to stay dialed in and secure his 12th win of the season in a road matchup with a Florida team that's averaging 3.19 goals per game at home this campaign, 11th in the NHL.

Quick conceded two goals on 29 shots Thursday and ended up on the losing end of a 2-1 contest against Nashville.
EDGE Analysis
Quick can't be blamed for this one. Given the quality of the opposition, it's fair to say the netminder had his best game of the month, which underscores just how brutal a month it's been for the Kings. Quick has played six of seven on the road, and things don't get any easier with the southeastern swing of the schedule -- including league-leading Tampa Bay -- up next.

Quick will patrol the crease in Thursday's road game against the Predators, Brooks Bratten of the Predators' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Quick has struggled in the month of February, compiling a 2-2-2 record in six appearances while posting a sub-par 3.58 GAA and .878 save percentage over that span. The American netminder will look to get back on track and snap his three-game losing streak in a road matchup with a Predators team that's 19-11-1 at home this campaign.

Quick (illness) will suit up against Washington on Monday, but won't get the start, Dan Greenspan of NHL.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
It seems the decision not to start Quick is more precautionary than anything, so he should almost certainly be between the pipes versus Nashville on Thursday. The veteran netminder is sporting a career-worst 3.09 GAA and .899 save percentage, but has avoided most of the blame for the Kings' disappointing season. With a lack of offensive support, the Connecticut native will likely miss the 20-win mark for just the third time in his career.

Quick won't suit up for Saturday's game versus the Bruins due to an illness, Jon Rosen of Fox Sports West reports.
EDGE Analysis
Quick left Saturday's morning skate early, and he wasn't present during warmups as Jack Campbell will get the start. The Kings will likely have to use an emergency backup for the time being, and they'll call up a goalie from AHL Manitoba if Quick can't shake this illness before Monday's game versus the Capitals.
