Quick made 40 saves Saturday in a 4-3 overtime loss to Minnesota.
EDGE Analysis
Quick and the Kings took a 3-1 lead into the third period for the second straight game against the Wild and came away with a second consecutive 4-3 OT setback. The veteran netminder owns an unsightly .887 save percentage through the first two games of the year and now faces two-game sets against Colorado and St. Louis next week.

Quick led the Kings onto the ice, indicating he'll start Saturday's home game versus the Wild, Jack Harris of the Los Angeles Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
Quick was in goal for Thursday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Wild, making 23 saves. With Cal Petersen activated from injured reserve earlier Saturday, the Kings' top goalie duo is now in place. The 34-year-old Quick is still likely to see most of the starts this season.

Quick yielded four goals on 27 shots in a 4-3 overtime loss to the Wild on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Quick was unable to protect a 3-1 lead in the third period and then lost the game altogether in overtime when Wild rookie Kirill Kaprizov scored on a breakaway. It could be another tough year for fantasy managers who are invested in Quick -- he had a 2.79 GAA and a .904 save percentage in 42 outings last season. The Kings are still in rebuild mode, making it difficult for Quick to will his team to victory. The Kings face the Wild again Saturday.

Quick will defend the cage for Thursday's matchup with Minnesota, John Hoven of SiriusXM NHL Network Radio reports.
EDGE Analysis
Quick has missed out on the 20-win mark for two straight seasons, no doubt the result of the rebuilding team around him. In 42 games last year, the netminder still managed a decent 2.79 GAA and .904 save percentage. While Quick could see plenty of usage between the pipes, his inability to pile up wins likely prevents him from being a top-end fantasy option.

Quick entered the league's postponement of play with a 2.79 GAA, .904 save percentage and 16-22-4 record.
EDGE Analysis
The 2.79 mark is a solid effort given his lackluster supporting cast, and although his save percentage still trails his career mark of .913, it's a marked improvement over last season's disastrous .888 showing. Quick is far from elite these days, so he's probably best suited to matchup-based plays and spot starts, if possible.

Quick turned aside 21 of 22 shots in Monday's 3-1 win over the Avalanche.
EDGE Analysis
Quick won his third straight game and the fifth in his last six starts. The 34-year-old goalie improved to 16-22-4 with a 2.79 GAA and a .904 save percentage through 42 starts this year. He's allowed one goal or fewer in his last six games -- Quick can be trusted in certain matchups.

Quick was the first goalie off the ice Monday, Jon Rosen of Fox Sports West reports, indicating he will be between the pipes at home versus Colorado.
EDGE Analysis
Quick hasn't suffered a regulation loss in his last five appearances, as he's posted a 4-0-1 record and .957 save percentage. The Connecticut native figures to continue splitting much of the workload with Cal Petersen down the stretch as the organization tries to determine what it has in Quick's younger teammate.

Quick posted a 36-save shutout in Thursday's 1-0 shootout win over the Maple Leafs.
EDGE Analysis
Quick and Leafs goalie Frederik Andersen matched each other through 65 minutes of playing time. Quick then made three out of four saves during the shootout to pick up the win, which was also his first shutout of the year. The 34-year-old goalie improved to 15-22-4 with a 2.83 GAA and a .904 save percentage in 41 starts. With just seven goals allowed in his last five games, Quick has picked the perfect time of the year to heat up for his fantasy owners.

Quick will draw the home start for Thursday's game against Toronto, Helene Elliott of the Los Angeles Times reports.
EDGE Analysis
The 34-year-old has been outstanding in his past five starts, going 3-1-1 along with a 1.96 GAA and .940 save percentage. Quick will draw a tough matchup against a Maple Leafs offense that currently leads the league in goals per contest this campaign (3.49).

Quick turned aside 32 shots in Saturday's 2-1 overtime win over the Devils.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran turned back the clock with a spectacular performance in a goaltending duel against MacKenzie Blackwood, with Jesper Bratt's one-timer midway through the first period being the only puck to get past him. Quick hasn't lost in regulation in four starts, going 3-0-1, but on the season he still carries a shaky 2.91 GAA and .901 save percentage.
