Huberdeau (upper body) won't play Saturday versus Winnipeg, Ryan Dittrick of the Flames' official site reports.
EDGE Analysis
Huberdeau will miss a third straight game Saturday. There was a report from Wes Gibertson of the Calgary Sun earlier this week that the Flames forward was spotted in a walking cast, but the team has continued to call it an upper-body injury. Regardless of the issue, Huberdeau didn't skate Saturday morning and will miss another contest. Adam Ruzicka will play alongside Elias Lindholm and Tyler Toffoli again.

Huberdeau (foot) isn't expected to play Thursday versus the Bruins, Pat Steinberg of Sportsnet 960 The Fan reports.
EDGE Analysis
Steinberg added the Flames will use the same lineup from Tuesday's loss to the Devils. This will be Huberdeau's second straight contest on the shelf. The winger was seen in a walking boot after Tuesday's game, so he'll likely need to heal enough to lose that before a timeline for his return can be established.

Huberdeau missed Tuesday's game versus the Devils with a foot injury, Wes Gilbertson of the Calgary Sun reports.
EDGE Analysis
The Flames originally labeled the injury as an upper-body issue, but head coach Darryl Sutter said after Tuesday's game that Huberdeau couldn't put his foot in his skate. Gilbertson added that Huberdeau was seen in a walking boot after the game. The severity of the winger's injury remains unknown, so his status is questionable heading into Thursday's game in Boston.

Huberdeau won't play Tuesday against New Jersey due to an upper-body injury.

Huberdeau registered an assist, three blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Monday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Islanders.
EDGE Analysis
Huberdeau's offense went cold recently, as he entered Monday on a four-game drought. He snapped the slump by setting up the first of Mikael Backlund's two goals. Huberdeau is not off to the start he or Flames fans would have expected after the blockbuster Matthew Tkachuk trade in the offseason. Through 11 contests, Huberdeau has a goal, five assists, 20 shots on net, 12 hits, nine blocked shots and an even plus-minus rating. Four of his six points have come on the power play.

Huberdeau scored a power-play goal on three shots and blocked two shots in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Penguins.
EDGE Analysis
Huberdeau's goal drought ended at five contests, as he struck 3:00 into the second period to give the Flames a 3-0 lead. The 29-year-old winger has been productive with the man advantage, earning all but one of his five points while a man up. Huberdeau has added eight shots on net, six hits, six blocked shots and a minus-1 rating in a top-line role. He's a two-time 30-goal scorer, so it wouldn't be shocking to see more of his chances find twine.

Huberdeau logged an assist in Thursday's 6-3 loss to the Sabres.
EDGE Analysis
Huberdeau remains in search of his first goal as a Flame, but he's delivered four assists in as many games. He set up a Trevor Lewis tally late in the second period of this one. Huberdeau has added three shots on net, six hits and a minus-1 rating while playing in a top-line role.

Huberdeau registered two power-play assists and added four hits in Tuesday's 3-2 win over the Golden Knights.
EDGE Analysis
Huberdeau had a hand in goals by his linemates Elias Lindholm and Tyler Toffoli in the second period. All three of Huberdeau's assists so far this year have come with the man advantage. The 29-year-old winger has added two shots on net, six hits and a minus-1 rating. While there's been a lack of even-strength success for the Flames' top line, they're clicking on the power play, and Huberdeau's too talented to stay relatively quiet for long.

Huberdeau recorded a power-play assist in Thursday's 5-3 win over the Avalanche.
EDGE Analysis
Huberdeau showed patience, taking a look at a shot before handing off to Elias Lindholm on the Flames' fifth goal. Playmaking like that is exactly what the Flames expected when they traded for Huberdeau and sent Matthew Tkachuk to Florida. Huberdeau was dealing with 85 of his 115 points as assists last year, and he's already off to a solid start for his new team.

Huberdeau signed an eight-year, $84 million extension with the Flames on Thursday.
EDGE Analysis
Huberdeau was traded from the Panthers to the Flames in the Matthew Tkachuk deal July 22, and now both cornerstones of the trade are under contract long-term with their new teams. Huberdeau's deal takes him through the 2030-31 season at an eight-figure cap hit, at which point he'll be nearly 38 years old. The winger is expected to be a top-line fixture for the Flames for well over half of that term, and he can be targeted confidently in the first two rounds of most fantasy drafts this fall. He's coming off of a career-best 30-goal, 115-point season.
