While Gaudreau won't match last season's career-high 40 goals, he is well on his way to his fourth career 80-point campaign.

Gaudeau on Thursday failed to generate a shot on goal for the first time since Feb. 26.

Gaudreau's game against the Sabres on Tuesday has been postponed due to severe winter weather in Buffalo.
