Zucker was a healthy scratch in Saturday's win over Colorado. He's been a healthy scratch in four of Minnesota's last eight games. "I think it's a bit of everything," Zucker told the St. Paul Pioneer Press. "But I think defense has a lot to do with it."
EDGE Analysis
Zucker has just two goals and two assists in his last 25 games, but head coach John Torchetti said he primarily playing because it's a "Two-way game." It's not clear when Zucker will be assured of regular ice time again.

Zucker could be a healthy scratch for a second consecutive game Tuesday against Ottawa, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports. "I just got to be better," Zucker said. "That's what it comes down to. I'm not playing well enough."
EDGE Analysis
Zucker wasn't seen skating on a line that will be active Tuesday, so he's likely to sit out again.

Zucker (concussion) will reenter the lineup Saturday in Buffalo, Michael Russo of the Star Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
Zucker missed Minnesota's last six games but has been practicing since Saturday, so one can expect that he'll step in to the lineup without having to shake off too much rust. After filling the net with 21 goals in 51 games last season, Zucker has just 12 goals in 58 games this season while shooting eight percentage points lower during this campaign (8.9%). Zucker will likely skate on the Wild's third line alongside Erik Haula and Jason Pominville.

Zucker (concussion) returned to practice Saturday, but says he still has to clear some more "hoops" before he can return, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
Zucker's injury is now being reported as a concussion even though head coach John Torchetti initially said he doesn't have a concussion. Zucker can't come off injured reserve until Monday, so he won't play in Sunday's game.

General manager Chuck Fletcher believes Zucker's upper-body issue isn't long term, Michael Russo of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
Zucker will first be eligible to rejoin his teammates in game action March 1 against the Avalanche, and it sounds as though he may return around that time. Expect the team to continue updating the winger's status as the date approaches , but Chris Porter appears set to draw into the lineup in his place again Thursday.

Zucker (upper body) was placed on injured reserve by the Wild on Wednesday.
EDGE Analysis
Already expected to miss the team's upcoming two-game road trip, it's not a huge surprise the team ended up placing him on injured reserve. His next chance to return now comes Mar. 1 against the Avalanche, but the team should continue to provide updates on his status as he draws closer to a return. Expect Chris Porter to continue drawing into the lineup in his place. While Porter did notch a point in his return to the lineup Tuesday, he provides much less fantasy upside, evidenced by the fact he saw just 8:16 of ice time.

Zucker (upper body) is unlikely to travel with the Wild for the upcoming two-game road trip, the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports. Head coach John Torchetti said Zucker does not have a concussion.
EDGE Analysis
Zucker left Sunday's game after hitting his head hard on the ice, so it's surprising that Torchetti said he doesn't have a concussion. It sounds like he could be out more than two games, however.

Zucker (upper body) has been ruled out for Tuesday night's game against the Islanders, KFAN1003 reports.
EDGE Analysis
Zucker is believed to be dealing with a head injury after taking a fall in Sunday's game versus the Blackhawks. He's reportedly considered day-to-day for the time being, but these types of ailments can be extremely tricky to evaluate from one player to the next. It's worth noting that the Wild wasted little time declaring the 24-year-old out Tuesday. Hopefully, he can make a successful recovery soon, as the Wild are undefeated in four games under interim coach John Torchetti and have amassed 21 goals over that span.

Zucker (upper body) is considered day-to-day, Michael Russo of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.
EDGE Analysis
Zucker hit his head on the ice during Sunday's win over Chicago and was unable to re-enter the contest. He was initially considered questionable to return and is now being listed as day-to-day, but he'll likely be closer to week-to-week if he's diagnosed with a concussion.
