Wojtek Wolski did not receive a qualifying offer from the Panthers. The 26-year-old was acquired from the Rangers on Feb. 25 for defenseman Mike Vernace and a 2013 third-round pick. He seemed to wear out his welcome in Florida just as he did in New York, notching nine points in 22 games and being made a healthy scratch in the last five postseason games versus the Devils. In total, he had 12 points in 33 games (including the playoffs) -- certainly not worth $4 million he made.
