Wilson scored the game-tying goal late in the third period Tuesday against the Blues, his fifth point in the last four games.
EDGE Analysis
Although the Preds would eventually lose this game 4-3 in overtime, credit Wilson for keeping his team alive and giving them a chance to win. After a disastrous start that saw him score just a single goal in the first two months of the season, Wilson is finally starting to show signs of being the 20-goal, 40-point player the Preds thought they had when they signed him to new four-year contract during the offseason. We need to see more of the same from Wilson before we can start recommending him on a regular basis, but he's certainly heading in the right direction.
