Wilson (lower body) wasn't on the ice for the Preds' morning skate and appears to be out of the lineup Saturday against the Sabres. Wilson has yet to take the ice since sustaining the injury during Thursday's practice. Coach Peter Laviolette relayed Friday that the Predators are listing Wilson as day-to-day, so there's a chance the winger could be available for Tuesday's match with the Canadiens.
