Wideman (upper body) will be out of the lineup for Friday's matchup with the Avalanche, Pat Steinberg of Sportsnet 960 reports.

Wideman had just returned from a suspension a few games earlier only to suffer an injury Wednesday. Coach Bob Hartley has said the injury did not look good, so Wideman may not see the ice much, if at all, for the rest of the season.
