Wideman assisted on each of the first two goals Thursday in a 3-1 win over Los Angeles. With that, he reached and passed the 40-assist mark for the first time in his career. This has been Wideman's finest NHL campaign, and he's closing it out on a red-hot streak, with seven points in his last three games. Playoff poolies should mark him out, as he's not a name-brand guy, and thus may be an undervalued asset for fantasy owners.
