Weber, who has missed the past two games with a lower-body injury, may be out for the season, pending another update Monday afternoon and won't play that night. With a loss Monday night, the Sabres can lock up 30th place, which would hopefully help the team land prized prospect Connor McDavid. If that's the case, there won't be any rush to bring back Weber, who has been the Sabres' most physical defenseman this year. Tyson Strachan and Nikita Zadorov will continue to skate in place of Weber.
