Weber (personal) will make his Caps debut Tuesday against the Penguins, Isabelle Khurshudyan of The Washington Post reports.

The rugged defenseman was acquired on Feb. 23 but has been given leave to return to Buffalo so he could be with his pregnant wife. He is expected to draw in on the third pair with Nate Schmidt. Weber has one goal and five points in 35 games this season.
