Weber (lower body) will miss the rest of Nashville's opening-round series against the Blackhawks, but he did not suffer an ACL injury, Kristopher Martel of FOX Sports reports. It's not a good sign for Weber's future playoff availability that he's already being ruled out for the rest of the current series, but there's a pretty good chance this won't matter, as the Preds need to win two straight games against the Blackhawks while playing without their superstar blueliner. Given that isn't an ACL injury, Weber will likely be alright for the beginning of next season, even if he doesn't make it back for a possible second-round series.
