Wayne Simmonds netted a hat trick to fuel Philadelphia to a season-saving 5-2 victory over the New York Rangers on Tuesday night to force a winner-take-all Game 7 Wednesday night at Madison Square Garden. The Flyers finally came alive with their season on the line, as the Rangers clearly had a firm grasp of momentum through the first five games of the series. Simmonds scored the first, second and fourth Flyer goals of the night, as the home side broke out to a 4-0 lead in the first 40 minutes. The 25 year old has four goals and an assist through six games in the post-season.
