Tyler Toffoli was a healthy scratch on Monday. Toffoli was recalled Sunday as the Kings do not have a lot of depth at forward since Simon Gagne was sent packing back to Philadelphia. He had 28 goals and 48 points in 55 games in the AHL, not a bad start for a rookie. He is a scorer but is not worth picking up at this time as it is unlikely that he will get a spot as a top six forward.
