Tyler Myers will return to the Buffalo Sabres' lineup Tuesday after being a healthy scratch the last two games. Sabres coach Lindy Ruff was sending a message to his young defenseman, who had a -9 rating on the season. Asked what Myers was supposed to learn from sitting out, Ruff quipped to the media, "It's an easy game from upstairs. Just ask all you guys." Myers hasn't lived up to expectations after a 48-point rookie season and has become a fantasy liability this season.
