Durzi scored a goal and dished an assist, both on the power play, in Wednesday's 6-2 loss to the Maple Leafs.
EDGE Analysis
Durzi set up Viktor Arvidsson in the second period, and the winger returned the favor in the third period. It was a dream debut for Durzi, who was drafted 52nd overall in 2018 by the Maple Leafs before he was traded in the Jake Muzzin deal in January of 2019. While with the big club, the 23-year-old Durzi is unlikely to play more than a bottom-pairing role. With Drew Doughty (knee) nearing a return, Durzi could soon be sent packing back to AHL Ontario.
