Trouba will have a hearing with the NHL Department of Player Safety on Monday for his check to the head on Ottawa's Mark Stone on Sunday, Steve Lloyd of TSN reports.

It's unclear at this point whether the hearing will occur over the phone or in person, but regardless, Trouba is looking at a potential suspension for his transgression -- which occurred just past the six-minute mark of the third period Sunday. The Jets play again Tuesday, and owners will likely find out late Monday afternoon as to whether Trouba will be available for that contest in Toronto.
