Travis Hamonic returned to action on Saturday after missing 12 games with a concussion. Hamonic was a minus-one in 19:07 minutes of action. It was a good move by the Islanders as Hamonic goes into the break with a game under his belt and he now does not have to wonder if he is healthy enough to do so. "It takes a lot to keep me out of the lineup," said Hamonic. "You have to realize that it's doctors calling the shots on this. That's the reality now. If I could have played through it, I would have. But there's a lot more at stake than my instinct and my desire to play through things."
