Torey Krug might continue to play even if Andrew Ference (lower body) and Wade Redden (undisclosed) are available for the start of the Eastern Conference finals. Ference and Redden both missed the second round of the playoffs, but appear to be close to returning. Meanwhile Krug has stepped up with four goals and five points in five games. "That's all I'm going to say. A lot goes into it," Bruins coach Claude Julien said. "At one point you make a decision and it doesn't mean that it's an easy one because it's not. But we'll deal with it when the time comes. We did it with Seidenberg. If Ference becomes available, we'll have to deal with that, too." Also in the mix is Matt Bartkowski, who has been solid with Ference and Redden gone.
